Reporting To :
*General administration on behalf of Managers and Engineers; including typing, copying, answering the telephone.
*Cover in other service department areas if required.

*Plans and monitors key elements of own work and impact on the overall project/task
*Takes on newly delegated tasks willingly
Communications & Interpersonal Skills
*Understands the contractual requirements and treats internal & external customers with respect

*Coaches & trains others on specific tasks/skills when requested

*Qualified to GCSE level in a minimum of English and Maths, and/or NVQ Level 2/3 in Administration.
*Trained to intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Word, and to introductory level in Microsoft Excel.
*Qualified to RSA  in Typing/Word Processing.
*To be fully trained in general office duties requires a minimum of 12 months.
*The job holder must have excellent typing and keyboard skills and be able to use a computer for word processing, spreadsheets and data base work. The job holder must be able to deal with people and situations in a tactful, diplomatic and confidential manner.
*The role holder has to be trained to use the company switchboard in order to provide cover.
