Conveyancing Legal Secretary - City Centre

My Cardiff City centre based client are offering a Legal Secretarial role in their Residential Conveyance team based Cardiff.

This is a traditional Legal Secretarial role and as so the successful candidate will have previous experience in working in the Residential Conveyance sector within a Legal firm.

Additional duties to include:

Audio and copy typing duties.
Performing Land Registry searches.
Oening files and matters.
Completion of all residential legal documentation.
Diary management.
Dealing with incoming queries.
Use of case management system.
Dealing with general client queries via telephone and email.
Ad hoc Administrative and Secretarial support as and when required.

Only candidates that have experience working within the property sector in a Legal environment will be considered.
