Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter
Our client based Cardiff is looking to expand its successful Telesales team by four additional heads due to a new contract recently being won.
The role will offer an intial salary of £18000 plus commission successful executives are earning up to £1500 extra per month.
The ideal candidate needs to have previous business to business telesales experience and be used to a high volume of out bound calls to decision makers, gaining information, building relationships and booking appointments for field representatives to meet clients face to face.

* Demonstrable track record of new business generation within B2B or B2C
* Tenacity and Persistence

* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated team player with the drive to sell, achieve and exceed set targets
* Able to remain focused under pressure and meet challenging goals and deadlines
* Open to feedback and keen to take ownership of actions and personal development
* Excellent IT skills
* Knowledge of CRM or Client Databases preferable
* Drive, determination and results focused
* Acts with credibility and integrity
