In Touch Acquisitions is an outsourced sales and marketing company determined to provide unprecedented success for clients, customer-orientated sales, and unlimited progression for our business partners. We're looking for additional Trainee Sales Assistants because our current client is looking for increased representation and we're looking to diversify our client portfolio.

Direct selling and marketing is a dynamic, vibrant, rapidly expanding channel of distribution for the marketing of products and services directly to consumers. Having that face-to-face interaction with potential customers is priceless, and our Trainee Sales Assistants help us accomplish this goal on a daily basis. Through this type of marketing our clients can communicate directly with their target market; this enables them to ask questions and tailor their product or service to that potential customer.

In 2013 we'll be expanding into new markets in the UK and Ireland, so over the next 6 months we'll be developing people to lead and manage campaigns in Cardiff and elsewhere. We have a structured Business Development Programme in place for people that produce results and have an interest in growing in our industry!

Requirements for our Trainee Sales Assistants:

We are looking for candidates with strong communicational skills, who enjoy interacting with people, and are able to contribute within a team environment, persons who are excited to develop skills within business to business, business to consumer; residential or event based field sales. Applicants must be over 18 as they will be signing contracts on behalf of our clients; working self-employed, with commissions accumulated on a daily basis, which are rewarded only on completed sales.

Trainee Sales Assistant Interview Process:

If our initial meeting is a success, you will be invited to spend a day with an experienced representative in the field to gain a full understanding of the responsibilities involved. Since you cannot participate in any sales, you will not be entitled to any compensation, on your return to the office, we will look to make a mutual final decision. We have found this process extremely helpful when determining if the opening is right for said person.
